Position Summary:

Novus Staffing Solutions is a full-service employment and staffing

firm serving the Greater Pittsburgh Metropolitan area. Our

client in Bridgeville is currently seeking individuals to serve as

Customer Care Representatives during on-going calling

campaigns. This position offers great flexibility in terms of

schedule and shift.

Responsibilities Include:

• Inbound and outbound calling to pre-existing customers withno salesinvolved


• Providing informational updates and assisting customers by

answering questions
* Documenting all communication and maintaining company's

system
Requirements

• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills




• Should be proficient in computer use and telephone operations
