POSITION PROFILE Leads the strategic pre-sales consulting, post-sale engagements, architecture and engineering teams that specialize in designing Ricoh's software and solutions to meet the needs of our customers. This position will work collaboratively with field sales leaders to effectively drive pre-sales activities and support of Ricoh's solutions design. This position is a key member of the Services management team and reports directly to the VP, Enterprise Services Delivery. Job Duties and Responsibilities * Responsible for a team comprised of consultants, architects and software engineers. * Responsible for managing and enhancing the bench strength of the team including ongoing training and development. * Responsible for the quality, caliber and depth of the Consulting team leading the Job Family, Job Code and credentials of a world class consulting team. * Responsible for the Ricoh IP and knowledge library of methods, solutions and lessons learned used to continuously improve delivery and train/develop junior staff. * Translate business plans and strategies into concrete programs for solution delivery, enhancement, and support. * Drives our customer satisfaction process to quantify our delivery against the expected results, overall execution, team quality and ultimate customer satisfaction. * Identify process improvement areas and develop future business process flows. * Identify solution delivery gaps and opportunities. Develop and execute plans to close the gaps and capitalize on the opportunities. * Provides clear communication and updates to the field relating to issues, fixes, and process improvements. * Provides strategic leadership to drive current & future services revenue. * Budget and P&L responsibility. * Makes appropriate recommendations to the VP, Enterprise Services Delivery as needed. * Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications) * Master's Degree from top-tier business school preferred * Advanced Project Management Skills * Minimum of 3-5 years prior Strategic Business Consulting Experince with top-tier consutling firm, with increasing responsibilities We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
