We currently have a new opportunity for a General Manager in Philadelphia. We’re looking for someone that is passionate about Food & Beverage and serious about advancing their career.
REQUIREMENTS
* 5+ years of current Fine Dining/Upscale Casual Dining General Manager experience
* High volume background; must have GM experience in restaurants doing a minimum of $5 million per year in sales
* Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees and Management
* Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
* Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
