Industrial Designer/Retail [Pittsburgh]

IDL Worldwide, a global leader in retail merchandising solutions seeks an industrial designer to support expanding client accounts in our Pittsburgh PA studio.

The position requires a good communicator comfortable in front of the client in expressing his/her ideas and supporting internal design staff.

The candidate can express conceptual ideas with holistic solutions that encompass multiple aspects of the retail experience. Our ideal candidate understands general construction details and can guide business entities on material and finish as needed. We're looking for an independent thinker with an organized understanding of how to ground a complex array of design objectives into cohesive and retail focused solutions.

We seek an individual with 1-3 years experience in industry related field. Limited travel will be required.
