Position Summary:

Our client in Pittsburgh has an
immediate need for a Mortgage Loan Closer.
The Mortgage Loan Closer will be
responsible to perform a variety of tasks on Mortgage Loan Files to
prepare for funding.
Responsibilities:

Review state
requirements to be
sure closing meets all of the states requirements
* Review
title commitment to insure all title issues have been remediated
prior to drawing the closing documents
* Prepare
closing instructions and closing documents
* Review
loan files to insure all conditions are cleared and the file is ready
to close
* Accurately input into
Client�s system to prepare for the drawing of
closing documents
* Coordinate with settlement
agents and internal teams
* Obtain
final HUD-1 and review for compliance with closing instructions and
balance the HUD-1
* Arrange
for the funding wire or check and meet any warehouse
requirements
* Review returned documents
for accuracy prior to funding in escrow states
Requirements
Qualifications:
*
Minimum of 1 � years mortgage
funding/title
closing experience or related field
* Excellent Verbal and written
communication skills
* Excellent Customer Service
and Organizational skills
* Proficient Math skills
* Proficient Computer
skills
* High School Diploma or
equivalent
