Seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) telemarketer for a position in Reading, PA
***MUST Have Telemarketing experience
Part-Time (12hrs per week)
Objective:
Make phone calls to current and prospective customers in an agent's office. Lead lists and scripts will be provided by agent.
Job Duties:
Make outbound phone calls to lead lists using scripts
If customer / prospect is interested in more information or quote, transfer the call over to the agent or staff
Make notes regarding phone conversations / handwrite note on a postcard if customer / prospect is not available
Skills and Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Previous telemarketing expierence
Excellent verbal and writing skills
Ability to communicate clearly with customer base

High School Diploma/GED
