Hot Opportunity for an Restaurant Manager!
Within our restaurants, our staff is dedicated to providing our patrons with an experience to remember. The continued success of our restaurants is based on the commitment and passion towards our food in the BOH and the customer service in the FOH. We invest in the development of quality hourly and management teams to help keep our concept growing. We have locations across the country and are always looking at new locations to facilitate our growth.
We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager for one of our locations in the Robinson Township area! This person should have a strong work ethic, drive to succeed, and be passionate about providing a positive guest experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of current Upscale Casual Dining Management experience
- High Volume Background required; must have experience in restaurants doing over $3.5 million in volume
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
